I Fought the Mouse (and the Mouse Won) Lyrics by Darlene (with apologies to The Bobby Fuller Four) No more sellin' shirts in the hot sun My legal bills have soared out of sight The cool Web site that I'd once run A vague resemblance to a mouse ear can I fought the mouse and the mouse won Notes This song is a parody of "I Fought the Law" by The Bobby Fuller Four. You have no idea how many people we have run into who have been shut down because they tried to market something with "Disney" or "Disneyland" or "Mickey" or even "Walt" on it. It's really quite fascinating. Dedicated fans will remember our original logo, in which the background lightbulbs were at an angle, making them look more like circles. After hearing this song, you can probably figure out why we changed it. |
